The TANW Male Master Class Championship is one of two championships in Technical Aberrations Network Wrestling to contested under the Master Class Rulings. It was crowned at TANW 4 of a Kind on May 20, 2017 in a singles match between the #1 and #2 ranked competitors by ELO, Mark Anderson and Grigori Ginoveaf, the former having used the Open Class Clause to guarantee his place in the match-up and the latter having defeated The Amateur for #1 contendership. Grigori would go on to win the match-up, becoming the inaugural champion.

The Master Class Rulings

The Master Class Rulings, while much more simple than the Open Class equivalents, are nonetheless crucial to know as a competitor. They are as follows:

  • Competitors must be within the top 5 of their division's ELO rankings to challenge for the Master Class Championship.
    • There are certain outlying exceptions to this, most notably being the OTT winner.
  • The title cannot change hands on disqualification, but can on count-out.
    • While it will not change on DQ, there is no champion's advantage, and if the champion is disqualified their title will be revoked.
      • As with the Open Class, if anyone is disqualified via run-in the interfering party will be suspended for 2 months and a rematch will be scheduled.
