Basketball Career

Metta World War was drafted by the Chicago Bulls. He would play for them, the Indiana Pacers, the Sacramento Kings, the Houston Rockets, and finally the Los Angeles Lakers. During his tenure with the Pacers, Metta was involved in the Malice in the Palace incident where he attacked a fan in the stands for throwing a drink at him. This event would stigmatize Metta to this day. Nonetheless, after a year suspension, he resumed play the next season. He reached the NBA Finals with the Lakers in 2010, but after a blown play, he once again had a violent outburst which resulted in his banishment from the NBA.

Professional Wrestling Career

After a year of his banishment from the NBA, Metta began training in 2011 in a small wrestling school in the United Kingdom.

Big Detroit Wrestling (2013)
